Enrolment

To ENROL your child in a class:

1. For payment of deposit by Cheque or Money Order:
   Download and print an Enrolment Form (.pdf), complete and forward, with your deposit to:

   OR,
2. For payment of deposit by Direct Deposit:
   On payment into bank account, download and print an Enrolment Form (.pdf), complete and forward, to:

CONFIRMATION of enrolment will be given by email or telephone.
Classes are subject to there being sufficient enrolments. Should it be necessary to cancel the class due to insufficient numbers, your deposit will be fully refunded.
