Policies:

Early Bird Discount:

  1. Early Bird discount: Fees paid in full prior to the Early Bird Discount date will attract:
    • Village - special Kindermusik scarf
    • Our Time, Imagine That, Young Child 1,2,3,4 - discount $10.
  2. Sibling discount: A discount of 20% of the Tuition portion of Fees is available for younger siblings.  This will apply instead of, and not in addition to, the Early Bird Discount.
  3. Invite a friend who then enrols and you will receive a $10 discount voucher on future fees.

Refunds:
Registration fees are non-refundable as the home materials are ordered upon receipt.  Tuition fees will be refunded after the term begins only if a new student can be found to fill the space in class.  Extreme circumstances will be considered on an individual basis. A $20 cancellation fee will apply.

Late Enrolments:
If you enrol after the term/semester begins, the Tuition portion of Fees will be pro-rated accordingly.

Class size:
A minimum of 4 children are needed to form a class.  Classes cancelled due to insufficient enrolments will be fully refunded.
